Comments: Squats again. Things I wanted to work on was keeping the bar tight on my back to keep it from rolling and to get my position for my stance to be solid. Can't get by on just having the bar on my back, got to be actively keeping everything tight. Good portion of my warm-ups were in the tiered squat rack as the adjustable one was in use. Worked up to a near max 455lbs for five. 5lbs PR and 10lbs more than last time I went for five. Not great but it is something. From there, things were pretty good. I copied my workout wrong for the glute ham stuff as I thought it was only three sets. No issues with that or cable abs.
