May 19, 2014 – Week 18, Day 1

Dynamic Warm-ups

Pull-ups/Dips Ladder

Chest Support Rows/Seated Shoulder Presses Ladder

Leg Extensions/Lying Leg Curls Ladders

32 Minutes of Stretching

Comments: Last workout. Plan was to do stuff to get blood flowing. The machines I wanted to use were in use when I got to the gym so I did a ladder of bodyweight stuff to start. Pull-ups seemed to bother my right biceps so got to watch that this weekend. Once I actually got to work with the machines, it was good. Good deal of stretching, now the active rest.
