Comments: I think my body is just now starting the recovery process from the show, as I'm now noticing the bruises and aches. This week is going to be machine ladders. I didn't do the pull-ups/dips this time as last time irritated my biceps and I'd rather not piss them off anymore than I need to on an easy, recovery week. Two ladders for each exercise, only rest being the time it took to get out of one machine to the other and then about a minute to catch my breath before going through it all over again. Added weight for the lower body stuff. Going to do this two more times this week and then hopefully start my off-season training the following week.
