26 Minutes of Stretching

Comments: Dealing with some indigestion that is being exacerbated by the pollen in the air. Kind of made this week suck. Got through upper body stuff no issues and only rest was how long it took me to plop down on the machine and the minute break between to get a drink. Not so lucky with lower body. Even with my rest being the time it took to walk 12' total from one machine to the other, that was not fast enough to keep people from going in and changing the weights. But I got through it.
