Yeah, not putting up my workout from Saturday. Highlights were missing a 445lbs deadlift. Messed with my head but I think I'm back at it.

Comments: Plan this time was to hit something I knew I could do. Goal was not to miss. No shoulder aches so I was happy with that. Worked up to a fairly tough double. Could I have done more? Maybe, but not enough confidence to go for 10lbs, which is the smallest jump I'm to make for upperbody sessions. I had an idea for band push-ups again and it was awful. Pretty much a double drop-set with the bands. I thought I'd get more reps on the subsequent sets but my triceps and shoulders having none of it. Had to lay on the floor after finishing the last two sets.
