Woke with bloodshot eyes from all the allergens in the air. We have a heat wave rolling through so it's going to get hotter. Didn't feel too bad from yesterday. I might be able to continue with the chiro appointments.

Comments: Both racks were in use so I did my push pressing from a hang position off of a bench rack. I wasn't getting much cramping this session but there was some tightness from the workout. I guess I've survived another workout. Two down, six more to go.
