July 19, 2011 - ME LB (WiaW)

My abs are fighting me. I almost retched twice in the past 24 hours and one time I was just thinking about eating something. I have to cut down on my visits to the chiro as it is not covered by my insurance so it is getting expensive.

Comments: Alive and I don't think I injured anything. Did get some cramps in my abs doing the deadlifts. Hamstrings were quite tight from both inactivity and from yesterday’s extra workout. Hopefully, this continues to progress.
