30 Minutes of Stretching

Comments: Even with how my mid back was feeling, I just had to do some kind of lifting. My new bands from Pro-Wrist Straps came today (really fast) and I tested them out. I'm going to be doing banded rack pulls differently, adjusting the strength curve so I'm lifting more weight at the bottom then I was before. The workout pace was brisk and I noticed that the overhead stuff bothered my back more than the squats and deadlifts. It's manageable.

Comments: Just went walking today. Felt good outside with the cold wind. I'll be leaving immediately after work for Battle at the Barn. I've been looking forward to this contest since I competed at it last year.
