Comments: Pretty good workout. Hips are still stiff/sore. The zerchers did a number on my forearms. They're still sensitive/bruised from the contest. I actually got a cramp in my left biceps muscle during my set with 315lbs. Still got to workout the lactic acid from the contest. Arms always take the biggest beating followed close by hips and back. Sent my entry form for Viking Fest this morning.
