Comments: Okay, felt a little off on the squats (then again the bar at home isn't the best one to use). First set of yoke felt terrible, the next was better and the last one was very good. All the sets of farmer's were good and easy. Did more reps than I was planning on doing with dimels (was supposed to do only 15).
