Walking – 35 minutes
Comments: Slept in late today, I was bushed after the contest yesterday. Yesterday my knees were sore but no problems today. Hips were tight and so was my upper back. Walking felt good and helped loosen my hips up a bit. I also ordered some PR tacky and those new straps from IronMind made for thick bars (allowed for Viking Fest). Time to deload to reload.
