Comments: Pretty good day, log pressing was quite easy. I got a little winded doing one arm presses but it was still easy breezy. Rows were good but my grip just couldn't hold on to the dumbbell with 140lbs in my right hand. I got three with the left with some effort. JM's felt good, I think I'll go for 135lbs next time.
