Comments: No rest haha. I was dumb and took the stairs on my first day at my new assignment. Nine flights after back to back leg intensive days is super dumb. Workout went well. My shoulders were a little tender from the banded keg thing I did. Probably not going to do that again haha. Log push presses were good. Went heavy on dumbbell incline. Happy to get 120's up. Got it for a double, it was very tough. Finished up with laterals and rear delts. Then lots of stretching. Day off tomorrow. May lift at Max Fitness Wednesday.
