Comments: Man, I hate deload workouts. I always stay relaxed while doing these workouts and it just feels awful. Upper back on the left side was acting up on squats and deads. Nothing major, I should barely notice it when I'm in contest mode. Push presses felt alright. Getting used to those again is weird haha. Just walking the next two days.
