Walking – 34.5 minutes
Comments: I was able to get out of bed before 12 so I guess I didn't work hard enough yesterday haha. Got some nice "bites" from the 483lbs atlas stone (one on my hand and the other on my knee). Hips and back sore. Not really in pain so that's good. Just went for a walk to loosen things up. Most likely doing a deload workout tomorrow, maybe walking instead. Depends on how stiff everything is tomorrow. Then back to the good stuff Wednesday. I should clarify that the "back to the drawing board" at the end of my contest video was more in reference to my axle cleans and the damned conan's wheel, not my overall training.
