Comments: Besides my back and biceps, I felt pretty good. I'll have to see if my lower back is up to snuff for hard training on Wednesday. If not, I'll have to go easy this week. Only slight upperback discomfort on the deadlifts, none when squatting. I'm done with contests until January. Going to work towards Battle at the Barn while improving my static strength.
