Comments: Feeling better but still got some bugs to work out I guess. Biggest things left to recover are on my left side. In fact, the same crap from the last super heavy show (Villanova). This may end up being a reoccurring thing for some of these shows. Squats felt good (besides the thing) and hip thrusts were easy but painful since I haven't done them in a while. Belt squats work much better with the Spud strap and a loading pin. I used the j-hooks on the power rack for balance as the weight tends to swing when I focus on proper squat form. Finished up with dimels, a little irritating on my upper back. Forearms felt much better so I am recovering.
