Comments: Yep, yep, yep. Back to posting an update on the actual day I do it haha. Too impatient to wait until next week so I started implementing some of the upperbody changes I was going to make. Nothing felt bad other than JM's (rusty) so this workout went quick. Essentially I'll be focusing more on strict and push pressing weights overhead per suggestions from Dave Ostlund. Going to do a bit more tweaking to get it all together. Going to do really light events tomorrow, probably all medley based to get the blood flowing, work up a sweat and get my heart rate up a tad.
