Low energy today. Definitely feeling a little under the weather but
uncertain if this is allergies or a slight cold. Weights easy so even
feeling lackluster is ok. Hopefully getting more sleep will fix things.
Strict presses to start things off. Really relaxed doing these. Weight
felt heavy but I moved it well and didn’t feel like I wasn’t in control.
Then close grip bench. Abs feeling a little sore and tight. Similar
feeling to the strict presses with the weight feeling heavy but moving
it with control. Like incline earlier this week, I did these in one
breath each time. Upstairs for the upper back superset work. Not much
fatigue here, right shoulder is tight. Pulldowns were light and easy.
Did them while really working on my back doing the movement. Home to
stretch and eat.
