Comments: Went through this workout quick as I didn't have to wait to use anything this time. Only thing is that my knees ache when I start doing standing presses after leg work the day before. Hopefully the next 5/3/1 run will work better with the correct weights this time. Working on eating as much as I can during my deload weeks.
