Walking – 31 minutes
Comments: Feeling better but definitely not 100%. Pain kept me up most of the night. I didn't do event training due to lack of sleep and getting only about 1000 calories in me yesterday. Kind of bummed about that. Went for a walk and kind of vegged out today. I need to be at 100% for this contest as the competition will be tough. I'll be going against my training partner as well as two NAS pro strongmen.
