Comments: Blarrgh! Actually I didn't feel too bad but my left foot aches a little (did something to it on that 250lbs axle band jerk yesterday) but nothing I can't handle. It was a warm one today which really threw me off since it's been cool and nice the rest of the week. Rest is what my body needs. One more day.
