Comments: Another day of hard lessons. Weights felt comfy in the racked
position but I have nothing for the lockout. Very frustrating. I feel I
have a lot of power. Dips were fine, felt more soreness in my shoulders
and chest than triceps until the end. Decent bit of stretching.
