Comments: Rep out session for deadlifts again. I knew I was in trouble when my last warm-up felt heavy. Ended up being a really tough set. Got five reps in one clip and then pretty much did a rep took a few deep breathes and so on to get 10. May have had another rep in me. I was worried I'd be dead before I got to front squats. Did the same warm-ups as last time. Very sweaty but got the reps with some in the tank. Good so far. Never done stiff-legged pulls with the trap bar. Super awkward as I try to get as much quads into the lift when I normally do it. Did a bit more than I could handle for an extra set. Finished up the torture session with glute hams, reverse hypers, stretching and big plate of bbq chicken thighs.
