Walking – 31.5 minutes
Comments: Walking felt good, really helps with recover from tough workouts as it gets the blood pumping in the legs and lower back. Still a little sore but I'm no longer hobbling along like zombie. Due to the holiday weekend, I'll have to adjust my training days a little but nothing major. I'm feeling good.
