Walking – 32 minutes
Comments: Just some walking today. Lower body is starting to feel a lot better. I think for my supplemental lifts for UB ME days I'll be doing something similar to my varying rack pull heights but do it with board presses with bands. I'll rotate between a 6-board, 5-board and 4-board. Still making some tweaks.
